Ninja Beaver are a small design partnership. We take our privacy policy seriously, and collect only information that we need in order to understand how our visitors use this website, and what we can do to improve their experience. This privacy notice sets out to inform you of what we collect, and how we use it.

Google Analytics

When someone visits ninjabeaver.net we use an external service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website. The specific cookies used to achieve this are listed on our cookies page.

Mailing Lists (email)

As part of the registration process for our e-newsletter, we collect only your email address via our website mailing list opt-in. We use that email address to keep you up to date with news about us and to let you know about new projects . We don’t rent or trade email lists with other organisations and businesses.
We use a third-party provider, MailChimp, to deliver our newsletter. We gather statistics around email opening and clicks using industry standard technologies to help us monitor and improve our e-newsletter. For more information, please see MailChimp’s privacy notice. You can unsubscribe to general mailings at any time of the day or night by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any of our emails or by emailing our data protection officer Sarah Mills on sarahmills[at]ninjabeaver[dot]net

Access to your personal information

You are entitled to view, amend, or delete the personal information that we hold. At this time, the only details  we hold are comments on the blog section of this website. This may contain personal information, given freely by you as a comment. If you would like any comments deleted please email us. We do not have any level of website user which requires a login, other than the two website administrators.
